On women in the world of cycling
The publication presenting empowering stories of female cyclists and calling attention to the beautiful phenomenon that connects them – the sisterhood on wheels. The aim of the project is to break the stereotypes about women in the world of cycling, discuss the issues of environment and to show that ‘riding like a girl’ can be perceived as a great compliment. Designwise the project uses 18 alternating directions of wheel spokes to determine the book layout grid and arrange the spreads’ content.
